Everybody has up and down days, but a positive, friendly , confident, and enthusiastic attitude is especially important when brought to the workplace and for daily life in general.

Nobody works or lives in a bubble. One's ability to work effectively in a team to meet project demands and goals begins with emotional intelligence and ends with one's interpersonal skills.
Personal Work Ethic
Defining one's work ethic begins with punctual, self-directed, organized, and dependable. It's coming in early, staying late, getting the work done, and being a money maker rather than a money taker.
Personable Maybe
If intrinsically motivated, honest, quick-witted, result oriented, and intelligent are personal qualities of worth for considerations, than one would also need mention one's assertive, and independant ego as well. I am, human, all too human.
